We had an interesting class challenge this week. The Paper Chain Challenge. They were asked to make the LONGEST paper chain.
Before the challenge, students were asked to ESTIMATE in centimeters (cm) how long they can make their paper chain.
Students were given 1 piece of construction paper, a pair of scissors, and glue. The only requirement was they could only use their 1 piece of paper to make the chains.
They were given 50 minutes to make their chains. Chains were measured in centimeters (cm) to determine the LONGEST chain.
** Please note: Keira's links were misplaced during the time of the measuring.
